Analysis of the Demand and Supply of College Students in Employment -Based on Cobweb Model
Abstract：With the expansion of enrollment in colleges and the increasing number of college graduates, the ever-worse employment becomes one of the major concerns of the society. The demand and supply structure is concerned. The demand of society to graduates has structural contradictions and is in line with the economics of the "cobweb model". In this paper, through introducing other variables, the traditional cobweb model is improved, and using the improved cobweb model of data fitting is also greatly improved. Finally, to solve the university student employment contradictions between the supply and demand, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to the government, enterprises, colleges and students.
