Study on the Method of Information Based on Three Levels of Separation Standards
Abstract：Multi-level information resources processing faces the problem of how to satisfiy different levels of demands at the same time. A new method of decentralization according to fixed, open and localized level is proposed in this paper, and the setting of information standard is based on compulsion, guidance and advice. This method meets the demand of processing and makes application and dissemination of the standard for information more effective.
