Research on the Mode of Talent Cultivation for Profession of Mould Technology Based on BRP-CDIO Framework
Abstract：The idea of engineer education talent cultivation mode based on BRP-CDIO was put forward in this paper,which was raised on the basis of CDIO engineer education mode by some degree of inherit and innovation.The talent cultivation mode for mould profession was discussed.This mode's core are projects,which have the role of guidance and support.This mode adopted the essence of CDIO's education theory:"to learn during doing",which displayed in each teaching part,such as teaching body,teaching content,teaching method,knowledge construction and so on.
