Analysis of Rapid Manufacturing Technology Based on the Silicone Rubber Mold Products
Abstract：This article introduces the steps and methods of silicone molding and pouring parts, and analyzes some key technology issues of them. Some corresponding countermeasures of the key technology issues are also put forward here. The parting surface, the location of the gate and the exhaust port, and the identification of channel are very important, as they are directly related to whether the pouring product can be ejected smoothly and the quality of products. Pouring speed, curing temperature, and time are the important factors affecting the properties of products. The shrinkage of the material is the main reason of affecting the error of products＇ dimension.
