Quality and Evaluation of Teachers in Charge of Experiment Teaching of Vehicle Engineering Majors
Abstract：The paper discusses the construction of teachers in charge of experiment teaching for vehicle engineering majors from their quality and assessment.They need to focus on automobile culture,learning and management ability.The assessment should combine process evaluation with objective one,including experiment teaching,experiment research,scientific research and comprehensive capability.Performance assessment and incentives are carried out based on self-evaluation.
