Workflow Mining Technology
Abstract：Workflow mining technology aims to build a late model,which can be compared with the previous model.It achieves the reconstruction of the workflow model.The paper introduces the concept of workflow mining,discusses its role in three major areas and proposes its main algorithm.It also discusses the current research situation and existing problems.
