Abstract:Objective To analyze the impact of the life network-based nursing model on negative emotions,self-management ability and quality of life in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 102 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Zhengzhou Second People's Hospital from August 2022 to August 2024 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and a study group, with 51 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional nursing measures, while those in the study group received the life network-based nursing model on the basis of the control group. The negative emotions,self-management ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention. Results After the intervention, the scores of the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, the scores of the coronary heart disease self-management scale(CSMS)in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, the scores of the World Health Organization quality of life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The life network-based nursing model can effectively improve the negative emotions of elderly patients with coronary heart disease, and enhance their quality of life and self-management ability.
