Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS)combined with language training on language development delay in children. Methods A total of 102 children with delayed language development admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Luohe Medical College from February 2023 to February 2025 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into a control group(receiving language training)and an observation group(receiving TMS combined with language training)according to the random number table method, with 51 cases in each group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups of children were compared, including language development quotient, oral motor ability, comprehension, expression and executive ability before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month,2 months and 3 months of treatment, the scores of the Gesell neuropsychological development scale for children in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After three months of treatment, the scores of the scores of each dimension of the simple oral movement scale of the children in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After three months of treatment, the comprehension, expression and executive abilities of the children in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of TMS on the basis of language training can significantly improve the language, oral motor ability, comprehension, expression and executive ability of children, and further enhance the therapeutic effect.
