Abstract：As a specialized work on exogenous diseases,the Treatise on Febrile Disorders has relatively few discussions on acupuncture and moxibustion,and most of them are brief records,in-depth research on its acupuncture and moxibustion provisions is unique significance.This article takes Article 24 as the entry point and discusses"needling Fengchi and Fengfu first"from the perspectives of the sequence of acupuncture and the administration of Guizhi Decoction,the interpretation of acupoint names,the main therapeutic effects of acupoints,the theory of opening,closing and pivot,and modern medicine.It analyzes and reveals the wisdom of the sequence of acupuncture and medicine,the scientific nature of acupoint selection,and the connection between ancient and modern medicine from multiple dimensions,with the aim of providing new ideas for the annotation of the article on the combination of acupuncture and medicine.
