Abstract:Objective To analyze the influencing factors of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities(DVT)after cesarean section in patients with preeclampsia. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 402 patients with preeclampsia who underwent cesarean section for delivery at Zhengzhou Shengma Maternity Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024.The occurrence of DVT after cesarean section was recorded, and the patients were divided into an occurrence group and a non-occurrence group based on the occurrence of DVT.The clinical data of the two groups were compared, and a multivariate Logistic regression model was constructed to analyze the influencing factors of DVT after cesarean section in patients with preeclampsia. Results Among the 402 patients with preeclampsia who underwent cesarean section,23 developed DVT after the operation, with an incidence rate of 5.72%(23/402).Univariate analysis showed that the proportion of patients aged≥35 years and with a history of thrombosis in the occurrence group were higher those that in the non-occurrence group, the postpartum bed rest time was longer than that in the occurrence group, and the levels of serum triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),and plasma D-dimer(D-D)were higher than those in the occurrence group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age≥35 years, long postpartum bed rest time, history of thrombosis, elevated TG,TC,and D-D levels were all risk factors for DVT after cesarean section(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion age≥35 years, long postpartum bed rest time, history of thrombosis, elevated TG,TC,and D-D levels are all risk factors for DVT after cesarean section.Attention should be paid to pregnant women with risk factors, and early prevention work should be done well.
