Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of seamless connection between pre-hospital emergency care and chest pain center on improving the rescue success rate of patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 99 patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction admitted to Zhangzhou Municipal Hospital from November 2020 to November 2022.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group based on the admission time and the different emergency measures. The 49 patients with acute myocardial infarction who received traditional pre-hospital emergency care from November 2020 to November 2021 were set as the control group, and the 50 patients with acute myocardial infarction who received pre-hospital emergency care and seamless connection with the chest pain center from December 2021 to November 2022 were set as the observation group. The time to establish intravenous access, the time from first medical contact(FMC)to the first electrocardiogram, the time from hospital entrance to balloon(D-to-B)opening,and the rescue success rate were compared between the two groups. Results The time to establish intravenous access, the time from FMC to the first electrocardiogram, and the D-to-B opening time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the rescue success rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Seamless connection between pre-hospital emergency care and chest pain center has a good rescue effect in the emergency treatment of patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction, which can shorten the time to establish intravenous access, the time from FMC to the first electrocardiogram, and the D-to-B opening time, and improve the rescue success rate.
