Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of neuromuscular proprioceptive stimulation combined with suspension training on stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods A total of 98 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to Zhumadian Central Hospital from January 2023 to November 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 49 cases in each group, using a random number table method. The control group patients received suspension training treatment, while the observation group patients received combined neuromuscular proprioceptive stimulation surgery treatment on the basis of the control group. The changes in upper limb function, lower limb motor function, trunk control ability, timed standing and walking time, and quality of life scores were compored between two groups of patients before and after treatment.Result After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment, the upper extremity function test(UEFT)score and the Hong Kong edition of functional test for the hemiplegicupper extremity(FTHUE-HK)grading in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment, the Fugl-Meyer assessment scal(FMA)score, functional ambulation classification(FAC)score,Tinetti performance-oriented mobihty assessment(POMA)score, and Sheikn trunk control test(TCT)score of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group, and the ttimed up and go test(TUGT)time was shorter than that of the control group. The above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);After two, three, and four weeks of treatment, the score of the stroke specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Neuromuscular proprioceptive facilitation combined with suspension training can improve upper limb and lower limb motor function, restore trunk control ability, shorten timed standing and walking time, and improve quality of life in stroke patients with hemiplegia.
