Abstract：Clinical prescription processing holds a core position in the system of traditional Chinese medicine processing.As the terminal processing link of clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine,its key role cannot be ignored.It not only significantly optimizes the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces,but also profoundly embodies the essence of personalized treatment in traditional Chinese medicine,namely the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment.In addition,as a precious heritage of traditional Chinese medicine culture,clinical prescription processing carries profound and rich pharmacological knowledge and profound clinical wisdom,and is of vital significance to the inheritance and development of traditional Chinese medicine culture.This research will take the current situation and problems of clinical prescription processing of traditional Chinese medicine as the entry point,expound the clinical significance and promotion value of clinical prescription processing,and discuss the inheritance,influence and personal thoughts of clinical prescription processing of traditional Chinese medicine in combination with the development and current situation of the traditional Chinese medicine processing room of Wuhu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,aiming to provide new ideas for the inheritance and development of clinical prescription processing of traditional Chinese medicine.
