Abstract:Objective To analyze the correlation between hypertensive disorders in pregnancy(HDCP)and the coagulation function of neonates. Methods Eighty newborns delivered by HDCP parturients in Zhengzhou Bridge Hospital from February 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects.According to the severity of HDCP in the parturients, they were divided into a severe preeclampsia(PE)group(23 cases),a mild PE group(27 cases),and a gestational hypertension(HDP)group(30 cases). The coagulation functions of the three groups of newborns were compared, and the correlation between the severity of HDCP in parturients and the coagulation function of newborns was analyzed. Results The activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and prothrombin time(PT)of neonates in the severe PE group were longer than those in the mild PE group and the HDP group, the level of D-dimer(D-D)was higher than that in the mild PE group and the HDP group, and the levels of platelet count(PLT)and fibrinogen(FIB)were lower than those in the mild PE group and the HDP group. The APTT and PT of newborns in the mild PE group were longer than those in the HDP group, the level of D-D was higher than that in the HDP group, and the levels of PLT and FIB were lower than those in the HDP group,The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the severity of HDCP in parturients was positively correlated with the levels of APTT(r=0.631),PT(r=0.507),and D-D(r=0.734)in neonates(P<0.05).It was negatively correlated with the levels of PLT(r=-0.658)and FIB(r=-0.625)(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a significant correlation between HDCP and the coagulation function of newborns. The more severe the condition of the parturient, the higher the risk of coagulation dysfunction in the newborn.Clinically, the coagulation indicators of newborns can be actively detected to determine the condition of the parturient and take targeted treatment measures to improve the prognosis of the child.
