The Influence of Compound Mannitol Combined with Glycerol Fructose on Neurological Function and Serum Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage

Abstract：Objective To explore the effects of compound mannitol combined with glycerol fructose on neurological function and serum inflammatory factors in patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage(AICH).Methods A total of 80 patients with AICH who were treated at Tongxu First Hospital from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound mannitol,while the observation group was treated with compound mannitol combined with glycerol fructose.The clinical efficacy,neurological function scores,computed tomography(CT)results(edema and hematoma levels),cerebral hemodynamic parameters[cerebral blood flow(CBF),mean blood flow velocity(Vm),peak systolic velocity(PSV)],the levels of serum inflammatory factors[interleukin-1β(IL-1β),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),S100β],and prognosis of the two groups were compared before treatment and 14 days after treatment.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the neurological function scores,edema and hematoma levels of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the levels of CBF,Vm and PSV of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the levels of serum IL-1β,hs-CRP and S100β of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the rebleeding rate and mortality rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of compound mannitol and glycerol fructose in the treatment of AICH is effective,can improve neurological function,reduce edema and hematoma,regulate cerebral hemodynamics,and reduce the inflammatory response in the body,and has certain safety.
