Analysis of Blood Pressure and Lipid Status and Related Risk Factors of Workers Exposed to Noise in Machinery Manufacturing Enterprises and Discussion on Intervention Measures

Abstract：Objective To explore the blood pressure and lipid status of workers exposed to noise in mechanical manufacturing enterprises and the related risk factors and intervention measures.Methods A total of 1180 workers exposed to noise in mechanical manufacturing enterprises in Longyan City from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the research subjects.A self-made basic information questionnaire was used to collect the basic information of the workers,and their blood pressure and lipid test results were collected to analyze the abnormal conditions of blood pressure and lipid.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression models were used to analyze the influencing factors of abnormal blood pressure and lipid in workers exposed to noise in mechanical manufacturing enterprises.Results Among the 1180 workers exposed to noise in mechanical manufacturing enterprises,the incidence of abnormal lipid was 50.59%,and the incidence of abnormal blood pressure was 45.08%.Age>40 years,noise exposure working years>10 years,body mass index>23.9 kg·m-2,long-term smoking,and long-term drinking were all influencing factors of abnormal blood pressure and lipid in workers exposed to noise in mechanical manufacturing enterprises(P<0.05);the results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age>40 years,noise exposure working years>10 years,body mass index>23.9 kg·m-2,long-term smoking,and long-term drinking were independent risk factors for abnormal blood pressure and lipid in workers exposed to noise in mechanical manufacturing enterprises(P<0.05).Conclusion Age>40 years,noise exposure working years>10 years,body mass index>23.9 kg·m-2,long-term smoking,and long-term drinking are independent risk factors for abnormal lipid and blood pressure in workers exposed to noise in mechanical manufacturing enterprises.
