Abstract:Objective To explore the levels of serum C-reactive protein(CRP),serum amyloid A protein(SAA),angiotensin-converting enzyme(ACE),and homocysteine(Hcy)in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI),and to analyze their correlations with the Gensini score. Methods Sixty AMI patients admitted to Ruijin People's Hospital from April 2023 to May 2024 were selected as an observation group, and 60 healthy individuals undergoing physical examinations during the same period were selected as a control group. The patients in the observation group were divided into the mild group(25 cases)and the moderate-severe group(35 cases)according to the degree of coronary artery stenosis, and the levels of serum CRP,SAA,ACE,and Hcy were monitored in all cases. The serum levels of each index of patients in the control group and the observation group were compared. The serum levels of each index of patients with different coronary arteries and stenosis degrees and the Gensini score, and the correlation were analyzed between the two. Results The levels of serum CRP,SAA,ACE and Hcy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum CRP,SAA,ACE,Hcy and Gensini score in the moderate to severe group were all higher than those in the mild group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum CRP,SAA,ACE and Hcy in AMI patients were positively correlated with the severity of the disease(r=0.365,0.406,0.412,0.375,P<0.05).Conclusion During the diagnosis of AMI patients, the levels of biomarkers such as serum CRP,SAA,ACE and Hcy showed abnormally elevated levels, and the increase of these indicators was positively correlated with the severity of the disease. In clinical practice, through the detection of these biomarkers, the severity of the disease can be accurately evaluated, and corresponding treatment strategies can be formulated accordingly, which is conducive to improving the prognosis of patients.
