Abstract:Objective To observe the efficacy of using Carilizumab combined with chemotherapy in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods A total of 105 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer who treated in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into an observation group(42 cases)and a control group(63 cases)according to different treatment plans. The observation group patients received combination chemotherapy with Carilizumab, while the control group patients received conventional chemotherapy. The efficacy, incidence of toxic side effects, depression and anxiety scores,T lymphocyte subset levels, and quality of life between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group(73.81%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(31.75%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The total incidence of toxic side effects in the observation group(4.76%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(19.05%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment, the Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD)and Hamilton anxiety rating scale(HAMA)scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05);The levels of CD3+and CD4+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the level of CD8+was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significances(P<0.05);The scores of the short form health survey questionnaire(SF-36)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Carilizumab and chemotherapy intervention has a good effect on patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer, which can improve their psychological status and immune function, enhance their quality of life, and reduce the occurrence of toxic side effects.
