Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of flupentixol and melitracen in the combined treatment of patients with refractory functional bowel disease. Methods A total of 60 patients diagnosed and treated in Huangmei Hospital of Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional drugs, and the observation group were treated with flupentixol and melitracen combined with conventional drugs. The symptom severity scores, clinical efficacy, quality of life, and anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the symptom severity scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the clinical efficacy of the two groups, the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,which was higher than 70.0%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, comparing the quality of life scores of the two groups, the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, comparing the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups, the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with refractory functional bowel disease, combining flupentixol and melitracen with conventional drug treatment can effectively relieve clinical symptoms, alleviate anxiety and depression symptoms, improve the quality of life of patients more significantly, and has remarkable clinical efficacy.
