Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of endovascular treatment combined with silver-ion antibacterial dressing on the infection control of diabetic foot(DF).Methods Sixty patients with DF infection admitted to Jiuquan Hospital of Shanghai First People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into a control group and an observation group by the random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given the plan of endovascular treatment and routine dressing change, while the observation group was given the plan of endovascular treatment combined with silver-ion antibacterial dressing. The clinical indexes, lower limb vascular function, lower limb nerve function, quality of life and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the wound healing time, granulation tissue appearance time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the wound reduction area was larger than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment, the peak systolic blood flow velocity(PSV)of the carotid artery in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the elasticity index[(D1-D0)/D0]was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment, the motor latency(LAT)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV)and motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV)were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The quality of life of the observation group was better than that of the control group after treatment, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of silver-ion antibacterial dressing on the basis of endovascular treatment has a remarkable clinical effect, which can improve the vascular and nerve function of the lower limbs of patients, accelerate the wound healing, improve the quality of life of patients and enhance the treatment experience of patients.
