Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of the training mode of specialist group on swallowing function, nutritional status and psychological state of patients with swallowing disorder after stroke. Methods A total of 180 stroke patients with dysphagia treated in Henan Provincial People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and intervention group with 90 cases in each group by drawing lots. The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation treatment and nursing intervention, and the intervention group was treated with nursing intervention based on the routine rehabilitation treatment.Swallowing function, nutritional status, mental state, hyolaryngeal complex movement, indwelling gastric tube and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After 4 weeks of intervention, the scores of functional swallowing disorder scale(FDS)and leak-aspiration scale(PAS)in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(t=10.658,8.662,P<0.05).The levels of serum total protein(TP),serum preprotein(PA)and albumin(ALB)in intervention group were higher than those in control group(t=-6.046,-5.056,-6.341,P<0.05).The scores of hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and hamilton depression scale(HAMD)in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(t=6.453,6.518,P<0.05).The ascending and advancing distance of hyoid bone and thyroid cartilage were increased in both groups, and the moving distance of the intervention group was greater than that of the control group(t=-9.182,-8.695,-7.066,-4.685,P<0.05).The retention rate of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group(χ2=5.262,P<0.05).The swallowing qudity of life(SWAL-QOL)score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(t=-8.168,P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of the training mode can improve the swallowing function, nutritional status, psychological state, hyolaryngeal complex mobility and quality of life of patients with stroke, and the proportion of patients with indentation gastric tube is reduced.
