Abstract：With the rapid development of public hospitals,the security risks of emergency incidents are increasing,so the emergency management in hospitals is important.Based on the practice analysis of emergency management at home and abroad and the emergency management of Shenzhen Second People's Hospital,this paper summarizes the emergency management practices and problems of public hospitals from the aspects of organizational structure,vulnerability analysis,emergency plan,emergency training and exercise,emergency infrastructure support,the enhancement of information technology application,etc.,so as to provide reference for the improvement of emergency management level of public hospitals.
