Clinical Effect of Qishao Anwei Capsule on Functional Dyspepsia of Spleen and Stomach Deficiency Cold Type

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qishao Anwei capsule on functional dyspepsia(FD)of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type.Methods Seventy FD patients with spleen and stomach deficiency cold type admitted to Lianyungang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2023 to July 2024 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Qishao Anwei capsule.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%,higher than 68.57%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of serum 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of serum gastrin(GAS)was lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qishao Anwei capsule can significantly enhance clinical efficacy,relieve symptoms,improve serological indexes and reduce adverse reactions in FD patients with spleen and stomach deficiency cold type.
