Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of visceral regulation combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation exercises and neuromuscular electrical stimulation in the treatment of uterine prolapse. Methods A total of 84 patients with uterine prolapse who visited Shangrao People's Hospital from January 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the research subjects.According to random number table method, they were randomly divided into an observation group(42 cases, treated with visceral regulation combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation exercises and neuromuscular electrical stimulation)and a control group(42 cases, treated with pelvic floor rehabilitation exercises and neuromuscular electrical stimulation). The Glazer pelvic floor surface electromyography,Oxford grade of pelvic floor muscle strength, pelvic organ prolapse quantification(POP-Q)scoring,pelvic floor color Doppler ultrasound, and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the tolerance test values, sustained contraction values, and rapid contraction values increased in both groups, with the indexes of the observation group higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of patients with Oxford grade III or above in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The POP-Q score decreased in both groups after treatment, with the score of the observation group lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The area of the levator hiatus and the left-right and anterior-posterior diameters decreased in both groups after treatment, with the indexes of the observation group lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 88.10%,which was higher than 64.29%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Visceral regulation combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation exercises and neuromuscular electrical stimulation in the treatment of uterine prolapse can improve pelvic floor muscle contraction function and alleviate uterine prolapse symptoms, demonstrating good therapeutic effects.
