Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical situation of the treatment of angular kidney stones by ultramicro-percutaneous nephrolithotripsy. Methods The data of patients with angular kidney stones who received percutaneous nephrolithotripsy in Guangzhou Xinhai Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into a control group and an observation group with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional nephroscopy, and the observation group was treated with ultramicroscopy. The clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.Four weeks after operation, the incidence of postoperative complications and stone clearance rate of the two groups were analyzed. Results The intraoperative blood loss and 24 h visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the time of getting out of bed after operation was earlier than that of the control group, and the length of hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group, with statistical significances(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the stone clearance rate was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultramicro-percutaneous nephrolithotripsy can increase the stone clearance rate, reduce the degree of postoperative stress reaction, protect the kidney tissue and promote the postoperative recovery of patients.
