Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of hepatic arterial chemoembolization(TACE)combined with large segment three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for unresectable primary liver cancer(PHC).Methods A total of 80 patients with unresectable PHC admitted to Nanyang Central Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected and divided into a control group(TACE treatment)and an observation group(TACE combined with large segment three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy)according to random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The clinical efficacy, laboratory indexes(serum chemokine 9,heat shock protein 90)and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher, and the levels of chemokine 9 and heat shock protein 90 after treatment were lower, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of TACE treatment and large segment three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in unresectable PHC patients can downregulate serum chemokine 9 and heat shock protein 90 levels, improve disease control efficacy, and not increase treatment adverse reactions.
