Abstract:Objective To analyze the risk factors for ischemic events in patients with ruptured intracranial aneurysms(RIAs)undergoing interventional treatment during the perioperative period. Methods A total of 211 patients with RIAs who underwent interventional embolization treatment at the Neurosurgery Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from September 1,2021 to August 31,2022 were selected as the study subjects. The baseline data, medical history and surgical information of the patients were collected, and the risk factors of perioperative ischemic events were analyzed. Results Postoperative complications of ischemic events occurred in 47 patients, with an incidence rate of 22.27%.Logistic regression analysis showed that BMI and history of cerebral infarction were independent risk factors for perioperative ischemic events in patients undergoing interventional embolization treatment for RIAs(P<0.05).Conclusion Previous high BMI and history of cerebral infarction are risk factors for ischemic events during the perioperative period of RIAs intervention therapy. For RIAs patients with the above-mentioned risk factors, enhanced monitoring is necessary during the perioperative period to avoid the occurrence of ischemic events.
