Abstract：Li Dongyuan's Qingshu Yiqi decoction is a classic formula for regulating spleen and stomach internal injuries and is widely used in clinical practice.Director Chen Jianping believes that with the improvement of living standards and changes in lifestyle of contemporary people,it has caused a huge burden on the spleen and stomach,leading to long-term dysfunction of the spleen and stomach,which in turn leads to spleen and stomach weakness,inability to clear and reduce turbidity,regulate qi,and transport water and valleys,resulting in symptoms such as mental fatigue,stomach loss,abdominal pain,and diarrhea.Adhering to the concept of"internal injury of the spleen and stomach,all diseases arise",Qingshu Yiqi decoction is commonly used in clinical practice to treat diseases such as spleen and stomach,liver and gallbladder,deficiency and fatigue,with significant therapeutic effects.The author introduces Director Chen Jianping's diagnosis and treatment experience in using Qingshu Yiqi decoction to treat various internal medicine diseases from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,herbal analysis,and case verification.
