Abstract:Open reduction and internal fixation with steel plates is the main method for treating mid clavicular fractures. However, when fixing the steel plate, there are often difficulties in plastic deformation, the risk of steel plate fracture after plastic deformation,as well as stress osteoporosis, delayed healing, non union, and recurrent fractures. The bridging internal fixation system is a new type of internal fixation method, which is different from traditional steel plates. The connecting rod and lock module can be freely combined and shaped according to the shape of the fracture and the need for fixation, based on the shape of the clavicle,in order to achieve the purpose of anatomical steel plate fitting and effective fixation.The"Z"-shaped double bar bridging internal fixation system, with its unique"Z"-shaped design, can better adapt to the anatomical characteristics of clavicle fractures and provide stable fixation effects.Meanwhile, the system is easy to operate, minimally invasive, and beneficial for early postoperative recovery of patients.
