Abstract:Objective To analyze N-acetylcysteine(NAC)solution with bronchoalveolar lavage(BAL)in the therapeutic effect of pneumonia. Methods A total of 80 children with pneumonia admitted to Jinjiang Hospital from March 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by envelope method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with BAL,the observation group was treated with NAC+BAL.After 1 week of treatment, the therapeutic effect, inflammatory factor index, immune function index and blood gas index of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of serum interleukin-6(IL-6),procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the levels of the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of serum immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgG and IgM in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the levels of the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the index in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;the partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)and oxygen saturation(SpO2)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the indexs in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with pneumonia,NAC+BAL treatment can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, reduce inflammation, increase immune function, and restore blood gas index.
