Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Modified Guilu Erxian Decoction combined with coenzyme Q10 in patients with chemotherapy-induced ovarian reserve dysfunction. Methods A total of 60 female tumor patients requiring chemotherapy who were diagnosed and treated in Qiannan Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from November 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 30 cases in each group.During chemotherapy, patients in the control group were treated with coenzyme Q10,while patients in the observation group were treated with Modified Guilu Erxian Decoction combined with coenzyme Q10.The incidence of ovarian reserve dysfunction, primary efficacy indicators, safety indicators were compared between the two groups, and the efficacy was evaluated. Results One month after the end of chemotherapy, patients in the observation group had a shorter menstrual cycle and a greater menstrual volume compared to the control group. The incidence rate of perimenopausal symptoms in the observation group was 23.33%,lower than 50.00%in the control group. The serum anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)level and antral follicle count(AFC)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while the serum follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)level and FSH/luteinizing hormone(LH)ratio were lower than those in the control group. The incidence rate of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%,higher than 70.00%in the control group, and these differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT),albumin(ALB),total bilirubin(TBIL),and serum creatinine(Scr)between the two groups before and one month after chemotherapy(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Guilu Erxian Decoction combined with coenzyme Q10 has high application value in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced ovarian reserve dysfunction,as it can improve menstrual cycle, menstrual volume,AMH,AFC,FSH,FSH/LH,etc,reduce the incidence of perimenopausal symptoms, and the incidence of adverse events.
