Bibliometric Analysis of Related Research on Decisional Conflict at Home and Abroad

Abstract：Objective To visually analyze the research status,hotspots and trends of decisional conflict(DC)at home and abroad from the perspective of bibliometrics.Methods The core collection of Web of Science(WOS)and the relevant literature records of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)were searched,and the authors,countries,institutions and keywords were visually analyzed by CiteSpace 6.3.R1.Results A total of 112 Chinese articles and 1271 English articles were included.The number of publications showed a zigzag growth trend.The research hotspots focused on advance care planning(ACP),decision-making aids,shared decision-making(SDM),cancer,decision-making,and randomized controlled trials.Conclusion The research on DC in China is still in the development stage.In the future,we should continue to pay attention to the development of diversified DC support measures,reduce DC,improve the quality of decision-making,and then promote the important role of ACP and SDM in the treatment decision-making process.
