Abstract：ObjectiveTo summarize the clinical comprehension of transformation doctor beginner on phacoemulsiifcation experience. Methods250 patients suffering routine cataract phacoemulsification operation in our hospital in 2012 were selected for this study. A retrospective analysis of the clinical comprehension of transformation doctors beginner on phacoemulsification experience was carried out. ResultsAmong the 250 patients, 224 cases were completed the continuous circular capsulorhexis. 239 cases were treated with successful nuclear emulsion crystals, accounting for 95.6 % , 11 cases were converted to ECCE surgery, 8 cases were occurred posterior capsule rupture, one case was treated without IOL implantation.ConclusionThe emulsiifed crystal nuclear technology and continuous circular capsulorhexis for cataract extraction patients should be master adeptly, and the rupture of posterior capsule should be prevented after surgery.
