Analysis of the Curative Effect and Security of Acupuncture Therapy on Lumber Intervertebral Disc Herniation

Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe and analyze the clinical curative effect and security of acupuncture therapy on lumber intervertebral disc herniation(LIDH).Methods 100 patients with LIDH in our hospital were selected, and randomly divided into A and B groups. Group A was given conventional traction therapy, group B was treated with acupuncture treatment. After treated respectively, the clinical curative effects of two groups were compared.Results The ifneness rate of group A was 78 % , and that of group B was 96 % . The difference of the ifneness rat between two groups was statistically signiifcant (P< 0.05). No obvious discomfort was occurred in both two groups, the difference was not statistically signiifcant (P< 0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture treatment can effectively improve the curative effect of LIDH, it is an ideal and safe therapy for LIDH, worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
