Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Laparoscope Combined with Choledochoscope Treatment for Common Bile Duct Stones

Abstract：ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical effect of laparoscope combined with choledochoscope treatment for common bile duct stones.Methods 84 patients with common bile duct stones were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 42 cases in each group. The treatment group was suffered with laparoscope combined with choledochoscope operation, and the control group was received traditional laparotomy operation . The curative effects were analysis respectively. ResultsThe total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.2 % , with no complications; but the total effective rate of the control group was 83.3 % , with the incidence of complications 11.9 % . The difference between two groups was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). The operation time and hospitalization time after operation of the treatment group was notably less than that of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionThe curative effect of laparoscope combined with choledochoscope treatment for common bile duct stones is accurate, worth of the clinical promotion.
