Clinical Effect and Adverse Reaction of Adie Injection Combined with Chemotherapy for the Treatment of Advanced Non _small Cell Lung Cancer

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate clinical effect and adverse reaction of Adie injection combined with chemotherapy for the treatment of advanced non _ small cell lung cancer.Methods66 patients with advanced non _ small cell lung cancer in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups :group A with 30 patients and group B with 36 patients. Group A was only given chemotherapy treatment, group B were treated with Aidie injection combined with chemotherapy treatment. The curative effect and adverse reaction were both observed. ResultsThe effective rate of group B was 63.9 % , it was signiifcantly higher than that of group( 40.0 % )(P<0.05) . Group B Patients with the adverse reaction of bone marrow suppression were signiifcantly less than those of group A (P<0.05). ConclusionThe treatment of Adie injection combined with chemotherapy for advance non _ small cell lung cancer patients is with notable clinical therapeutic effect, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
