Abstract:Generalized pustular psoriasis(GPP)is a rare subtype of psoriasis characterized by acute onset, rapid progression, high recurrence rate, and frequent association with other systemic diseases.Predisposing factors include infection, genetic factors, immune dysfunction, medication use,and psychological stress.Currently, there is no uniform clinical treatment protocol for GPP.Spesolimab injection,an anti-human interleukin-36(IL-36)receptor antibody, has demonstrated significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of adult GPP.This paper reports the nursing care of a patient with acute generalized pustular psoriasis treated with spesolimab injection, aiming to provide a reference for clinical nursing practice.
