Abstract:Vitiligo is characterized by a complex pathogenesis, frequent relapse, and resistance to cure.Emerging evidence identifies the Janus kinase-signal transducer and activator of transcription(JAK-STAT)pathway as a tractable therapeutic target.Accordingly,JAK inhibitors have demonstrated promising clinical efficacy in vitiligo and are receiving growing clinical and research attention. This review summarizes recent clinical studies and real-world applications of commonly used JAK inhibitors in the management of vitiligo.
