Research progress on psychogenic intervention for vitiligo

Abstract：Vitiligo is a chronic skin disorder with incompletely understood pathogenesis,characterized by long treatment cycles,the efficacy varies greatly among individuals,and physical disfigurement that imposes substantial psychosocial stress on patients.Emerging evidence highlights the efficacy of psychological interventions in ameliorating vitiligo progression and improving patients'quality of life.This review synthesizes current understanding of how psychological factors influence vitiligo pathogenesis and explores psychological intervention strategies worthy of widespread clinical application.
