Abstract：Erythromelanosis follicularis faciei et colli(EFFC)is an erythematous hyperpigmented skin disease that invades the hair follicles.Clinical manifestations of EFFC include capillary dilatation,hyperpigmentation,and reddish-brown patches of skin on the face and neck,significantly impacting patients'physical and mental health.The pathogenesis of EFFC is still unclear,and there is no consensus or guideline for its treatment.Recently,Photoelectric therapy holds significant potential in the treatment of EFFC.This article reviews the current status of photoelectric therapies for EFFC to provide help and reference for clinical treatment.
