Abstract:This article reported two patients with yellow urticaria secondary to cholangiocarcinoma. Both elderly patients with cholangiocarcinoma presented with hyperbilirubinemia.Dermatological examinations revealed characteristic yellowish, edematous, and pruritic wheals or plaques. For the treatment of urticaria,a combination therapy of corticosteroids and antihistamine drugs was administered. The skin rashes subsided within a few days in both cases without recurrence. This report suggests that yellow urticaria may be associated with severe liver or biliary tract diseases. It is recommended that patients seek medical attention promptly for a thorough examination and diagnosis.
