Abstract:Objective To develop a nursing intervention program for rosacea patients based on the Information-Knowledge-Attitude-Practice(IKAP)theory using the Delphi method. Methods Initially, program items were drafted through literature review, theoretical analysis, and group discussion. Then, seven experts in dermatology(specializing in rosacea)and nursing were selected to participate in two rounds of Delphi surveys. The importance of each indicator was evaluated using a 5-point Likert scale, and statistical analyses were performed on expert enthusiasm, authority, opinion consistency, and concentration. This process culminated in the final nursing intervention program for rosacea patients under the IKAP framework. Results A total of 29 literature sources were included, comprising 16 Chinese articles,10 English articles, and 3 guidelines. All 7 questionnaires distributed in the two Delphi rounds were returned, yielding a 100%valid response rate.Experts demonstrated high enthusiasm, with an authority coefficient of 0.94 and Kendall's coefficient of concordance of 0.274(P<0.05).The final program included 4 primary indicators,12 secondary indicators, and 27 tertiary indicators. Conclusion The nursing intervention program for rosacea patients developed using the Delphi method and IKAP theory is scientifically sound and systematic, providing practical guidance for clinical nursing interventions in rosacea care.
