Abstract：As a non-infectious granulomatous disease,granuloma annulare has a certain tendency to resolve spontaneously.However,some cases persist and become widespread,referred to as refractory granuloma annulare.The etiology and pathogenesis of granuloma annulare remain unclear.In recent years,with the popularity of molecular targeted drugs in clinic practice,the increasing use of molecular targeted therapies in clinical practice has provided new approaches to the treatment of granuloma annulare.
