Abstract：In the course of treating psoriasis vulgaris,professor Li Ling'e proposed that dampness-heat is one of the main pathological factors of psoriasis,which cannot be ignored in the occurrence and development of this disease.In terms of treatment,dampness removal and blood cooling should be carried out at the same time.Clinically,longdan xiegan decoction is used as the basic prescription,which is modified according to symptoms.This article introduces professor Li Ling'e's experience in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,and provides a clinical medical case for verification.Please correct any inadequacies.
