Abstract:A 33-year-old male patient presented with a mass on the scalp for more than 6 years. After resection, the tumor recurred several times, accompanied by ulceration and exudation.Dermatological examination showed a mass about 15 cm in diameter on the scalp.Histopathology revealed tumor masses in different sizes in the dermis. The tumor was composed of basaloid cells.Noticeable luminal differentiation, nuclear atypia and cytoplasmic vacuoles were also seen.Immunohistochemical results showed that EMA was positive, and CEA was positive in the differentiation part of the catheter.Additionally,PAS was positive. The case was diagnosed as eccrine porocarcinoma.
