Abstract:Objective To explore the diagnostic value of reflectance confocal microscopy(RCM)in perineum hypopigmentation disorders.Method Retrospective analysis of clinical,RCM and histopathological features of 37 cases of perineal hypopigmentation disorders from January 2018 to December 2021 in department of dermatology,People's Hospital of Xinjing Uygur Aatonomous Region. Results The results of RCM in 37 patients showed that there were 15 cases of vitiligo,13 cases of lichen sclerosus,2 cases of nevi depigmentosus,4 cases of neurodermatitis,1 case of ectopic sebaceous glands and 2 cases of postiflammatory hypopigmentatios.Biopsy was performed at the same site, and the histopathological diagnosis was consistent with RCM results. Conclusion RCM is helpful in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of perineal hypopigmentation, and it also has auxiliary effect on the staging judgment of vitiligo and lichen sclerosis.
