Nursing of purulent granulomas of the skin treated by pulsed CO2 laser combined with photodynamic therapy

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical efficacy,safety,recurrence rate and nursing experience of pulsed CO2 laser combined with aminoketovalic acid hydrochloride astigmatic photodynamic therapy in the treatment of purulent granulomas of the skin.Methods Twelve patients with purulent granuloma of the skin were treated with pulsed CO2 laser combined with aminoketovalic acid hydrochloride astigmatic photodynamic therapy.The efficacy,safety and recurrence rate were observed at 7 days,14 days,1 month and 2 months after treatment.Result The cure rate of one treatment for all patients was 100%,and no infections,ulcerations,or scars occurred.Eight patients developed mild pigmentation,which gradually resolved and subsided after 1 month.There was no recurrent case.Conclusion Through careful treatment and care,the effect of the treatment of purulent granuloma of the skin,which treated by pulsed CO2 laser combined with photodynamic treatment is remarkable,with no obvious adverse reactions or disease recurrence,and the patient satisfaction greatly improved.
