Application of lower limb support frame to improve the comfort of knee flexion supine position with in toe surgery

Abstract:Objective To explore the effective methods and instruments for improving the comfort of the patients in the supine position with toes bent.Methods The self-developed lower limb support device with knee flexion and supine position for toe surgery was applied to 60 patients with toe surgery(observation group)and compared with the comfort of 60 patients with routine nursing(control group).The comfort of patients was evaluated from the four dimensions of physiology,psychology,social culture and environment using the comfort scale of surgical posture.Results The comfortable degree of posture in the observation group(84.833±11.082)was higher than that in the control group(71.767±8.310)(P<0.001).Conclusion The use of lower limb support frame in supine position with knee flexion can improve the comfort of patients undergoing toe surgery in dermatology.
