Abstract:Bullous pemphigoid(BP)is a common subepidermal vesicular disease that mainly occurs in the elderly. The typical manifestation of this disease is tension blisters and bullaes with varying degrees of itching.Current studies have found that eosinophils and their related factors are elevated to varying degrees in the peripheral blood, blister fluid and skin lesions of most patients with bullous pemphigoid. Many studies have also found that eosinophils and their related factors are related to the severity of bullous pemphigoid disease. Therefore, this article reviewed the relevant literature reports at home and abroad to provide a theoretical basis for clinical dermatologists to access the disease progression of BP patients.
