Red scrotum syndrome: two cases report
Abstract:Two cases of red scrotum syndrome(RSS) were reported. The clinical manifestations were persistent flushing of scrotum and the basal part of the penis in a middle-aged and an old man, accompanied by varying degrees of burning pain and itching. The onset of the disease was slow and the course of the disease was long. Early treatment was not effective, after systematic and local treatment, the two patients’ skin lesions improved at 2 and 4 weeks of the treatment respectively, and no relapse occurred after withdrawal.
